The toy itself is mainly a stuffed animal with a code
I'm not too familiar with these so I have to only tell what I know. This was a gift to a friend's daughter who explained to me how they work. You get the animal, it is a cute stuffed animal, they enter this code in the computer and like every other stuffed animal it ends up on the bed or shelf and then they play and learn a lot of things on this "Webkinz" site that is educational.
Webkinz Clydesdale Horse
This is a real Webkinz, the image has been copied nicely. I bought it as an addition to my collection, I am putting together a set of the originals as I find them. I am still looking for those which do not have the Magic "W". I think the Webkinz could be used as a reward to children for other accomplishments that have been well done. It lacks healthly activities (children need to move and play) and there is no sunshine in a computor room. My true liking of plush pets is Russ Shining Stars, much better made and the price remains reasonable.
A surprising hit!
I bought this Webkin horse for my 7 year old daughter but wasn't sure if she would play much with it. I have been shocked at the number of hours she has spent on the computer improving her Webkin world! I also bought another Webkin for my 9 year old daughter and both girls get on the computers (we have two) and interact with eachother, visit their online rooms, etc. I bought much more expensive items for both of the girls for Christmas, but I would say that this one has, by far, gotten the most playtime. It's a great value!
I bought this webkinz for my daughter's graduation 2 weeks ago, and they still can't put these horses down! My oldest at age 11 also got the DS lite that she wanted, but she would still rather play online with her CLydesdale.
WANTED WEBKINZ
Today Were going to lime tree to get this adoable little pet. I have 12 Webkinz in all and I love them. my little sister who is Dexlexic loves the Website but some times I get mad when they close it down! They have a chatroom...BUT I dosent allow people or you say ANY of your Personal imformation. What a deal! You can feed, play with, and take care of webkinz. And Get this- Santa Paws comes on Christmas, The easter bunny comes on easter, and on Webkinz worlds birthday (April 29, 2005) you get another present! How cool is that!? I would like to say that all the other bad reveiws you have seen are WRONG they have come up with a way to see the log in and log out buttons!

My 3yr old loves this plush Clydesdale Horse. She received a Yomiko classics brown horse from her nanny on the same day, so she plays with them together. I haven't activated her code yet as it's been a busy month around here. Honestly though we have other older Ganz plush animals here & I knew this will be a toy loved for many years & it will look as new as the day it arrived. The seller shipped fast & before their B-days, bought the Bulldog, & the Beagle also, & they all love these wonderful little animals. You can't go wrong buying these for your little one. Older kids at heart will love them too. The smiles it brings are priceless!
